1. Where do you ship from?
We ship from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do!
3. How long does shipping take?
• Within Canada:
• Local (Vancouver area): 1-3 business days
• Regional (British Columbia): 2-5 business days
• National (across Canada): 4-10 business days
• To the United States:
Shipments typically take 6-10 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.
• International Destinations:
Delivery times vary by country and shipping service. For example, shipments to Europe may take 10-16 business days.
These are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on your location and the shipping method selected. The final cost will be shown during checkout.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders however express shipping needs to meet cost requirement.
6. Can I track my order?
Once we ship your order, we’ll provide you with a tracking number along with the carrier chosen.
7. What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?
If there are issues with the carrier, it’s usually out of our hands, but just send us an email, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation.
8. Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses as long as there are no restrictions on the carrier’s end.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items with all original tags still attached. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Materials with requested alterations are not eligible for a refund.
10. How do I start a return or exchange?
Send us an email at info@onlysoulsclub.com, and we will start the process for you. Please note that we need to wait for the product to reach our facility before issuing a refund or exchange.
11. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Unfortunately, yes.
12. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive the package in good faith, we will process your refund.
13. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Of course, as long as they are available. If not, we will order it for you or process the exchange once we restock.
14. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are entitled to a refund with valid proof of the issue.
15. How do I know what size to order?
We will provide sizing charts, but keep in mind that everyone’s body shape is different, and sizes may fit differently. Organic cotton is subject to shrinkage if washed in hot water, so please take care. We like our items to fit a little oversized; for example, a medium on a 5’6”, 170-pound person fits in a perfect, slightly oversized style.
16. What materials are your products made from?
We always do our best to source organic cotton. If not, we’ll replace it with the best conventional cotton available. At the moment, we avoid polyester or materials with microplastics.
17. How should I wash and care for my clothing?
Wash in cold water with a light rinse and hang to dry to avoid shrinkage. If you put it in the dryer on full heat, it may shrink significantly.
18. Do your products shrink after washing?
Yes, most definitely. If they shrink too much, they are easy to stretch out due to the material. Please keep that in mind.
19. Are your products ethically made?
Most of our products are sourced in Portugal with very fair wages in clean facilities and by true professionals.
20. Are your clothes unisex?
Yes, they are.

21. What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we accept all credit cards and debit cards.
22. Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later options?
We will be working to offer this as an option in the very near future, as well as the ability to pay with Bitcoin!
23. Do you offer gift cards?
Not at the moment.

25. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the unpredictability of stock, we cannot make changes once an order has been placed, so please double-check your order before purchasing.
